Carl Fischer Music has combined all the elements of Clayton Cameron's Brushworks method into one package containing the complete Brushworks book with online audio and video – winner of the Modern Drummer Magazine Poll 2007.
Brushworks is the first publication to develop a notation system for brushstrokes and effects within traditional percussion methods. It was developed by Clayton Cameron, the "Brushman," who has worked with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, and Christina Aguilera.
Brushworks offers players of all levels the opportunity not only to become familiar with the book's content through downloadable audio files, but also to visually grasp each stroke and technique and apply the concepts practically using downloadable videos.
