A medium-difficult jazz ballad for big band utilizing post-bop chird changes. The composition goes into a medium swing feel (mm=120) for a full chorus trumpet solo feature and half-chorus sax soli. Lead trumpet plays D above staff. The score call for the brief doubles in the introcudtion for Alto 1 (clarinet or soprano), Tenor 1 (flute), and Bari (bass clarinet), but non-transposing alternative parts are included as well. 4 brass, 4 trombone. Medium Difficult.
