Descripción de la:
Jazz Big Band Arrangement. Full Score, 2 Alto Saxophones, 2 Tenor Saxophones, Baritone Saxophone, 4 Trumpets, 3 Trombones, Guitar, Piano, Bass, Drums
This arrangement was written by Gil Fuller for the Dizzy Gillespie Big Band in the late 1940s but it was never recorded. The song was previously recorded as a sextet version in 1946. In 1949 J.J. Robbins & Sons published a stock arrangement of this tune. The only major difference between the published version and the Gillespie band version was that the published version was arranged for 3 trumpets instead of 4. We have recreated the 4th trumpet part. Ranges: Trumpet 1 to D6 Trombone 1 to C5
