The Girl In The Little Green Hat is a jolly novelty number by Jack Scholl, songwriter for Warner Bros, and co-writers Max Rich and Bradford Browne. The quick tempo and density and near-repetition of lyrics make this song atongue-twister. It was a dance tune in the 1930's and released on the Victor and Decca labels, then revived by the movie Mrs Brown Presents.
