First Things First S'More is a collection of traditional folk songs, classical themes and rounds representing cultures and styles from around the world. As the second volume in this series, it is slightly more advanced than First Things First. The compositions are arranged to be extremely versatile in meeting the needs of younger beginners in an elementary level string orchestra. Accidentals rather than key signatures are used in the student parts to assist young players with note reading. Each instrument part book includes a melody line as well as an additional harmony line. With the addition of the piano, any size string class can successfully perform these selections. By using all the parts together, a complete string orchestra is achieved. First Things First and First Things First S'More can be used with any beginning string method.
