This suite from the ?Water Music? contains five movements from the famous incidental music that Handel wrote, probably to accompany a royal trip up the Thames in July 1717. Although the piece is best known today in its version for strings and winds the original was scored for multiple winds only. These movements can be played alone or together in matched combinations depending upon performance needs.
