With music to both the 'Olsenbanden' movies and 'Pinchcliffe Grand Prix', one would almost believe that Bent Fabricius-Bjerre was a Norwegian. But the Danish film and TV composer has a very large production and won a Grammy with 'Alley Cat' in 1962. Other well-known series he has written music for are the 'Matador', 'The Clown' and 'The House at Christianshavn'.
This arrangement is built on the recording of 'Pinchcliffe Grand Prix', but expanded with a short solo section. This may well be improvised. Please be free to choose and instrumentation that sounds the best for your ensemble. Saxophones can often strengthen the voices you need to bring forth.
