This evocative cantata draws upon the wealth of traditional songs from the historic Upper Silesian-Moravian-Slovak cultural region, artfully blending poignant melodies with sophisticated choral writing.

The unique and atmospheric instrumentation—scored for mixed choir (SATB), guitar, accordion, and strings—gives the work an unmistakable, warm, and captivating sonic character. Whether for themed choral concerts, festive occasions, or ambitious performance projects, this composition takes both performers and audiences on a fascinating musical journey.

This full score provides conductors and ensembles with the perfect performance material to bring this expressive, atmospheric masterpiece to life on the concert stage.
