Teddy's Lullaby is a charming little work for Unison Voices and Piano accompaniment, intended for small children. It is also suitable for solo performance.
English singer, composer, conductor and musicaldirector Peter Jenkyns (1921-1996) wrote many of his well-known songs with children in mind, for the choirs of the schools he was headmaster of, to perform at the annual St. Albans Schools' Music Festival. The excellentpieces by this writer of little art songs for the under 12s are well received and much anticipated by audiences and performers alike.
