This arrangement of the overture to Rossini's most popular comic masterpiece was originally conceived to be played by a quintet of flutists. The arranger has masterfully adaped the arrangement so that it may be used by flute choirs as well. The flute choir version can be performed with all performers playing at all times, or four soloists may be featured.
