An exciting and entertaining solo vehicle for either trombone, tenor sax or alto sax that was commissioned by the Sierra Vista High School symphonic band, Las Vegas Nevada. Written as a mambo, there are easy chord changes for the soloist with a chance to improvise during both an open solo section and over ensemble hand-claps in a vamp. There are written out comping figures provided for piano and bass as well as parts for both auxiliary percussion and drum set.
