Descripción de la:
It's a massive, unruly, and unrestrained beast. Although based on a poem, Tutuguri is not exactly programmatic or episodic. Rather, Rihm's writing evokes the fragmentary feeling of a nightmare... (ClassicsToday.com) Massive, indeed, as Rihm's commission by the Deutscher Oper Berlin spans four images and 45 minutes. The sound is gorgeous, too-the cracking thunder (or is it gunfire?) of the drums in the fourth movement is terrifyingly vivid. Dur.: 45'
