Latin Moods is an album with 11 new and original compositions for piano solo. Pianist-composer-improviser Hans Lamal was inspired by typical South-American harmonies, rhythms and moods. This album is intended for the beginning and intermediate student, but it offers an additional repertoire for the professional pianist as well. The compositions show a rich variety in melody and rhythm which makes them very suitable for auditions, competitions and recitals. The difficulty varies from easy to merely advanced.
