Complemented by portraits of all dancers, backstage pictures and rehearsal photos, this illustrated book is a real visual delight.Sandra Hastenteufel is professor of fine arts at the CornellUniversity in Rome. Since her studies at the Stuttgart State Academy of Fine Arts, she has worked on several exhibitions and projects. From 2004-2006, the former winner of a Villa Massimo scholarship was the official photographer of the Berlin State Ballet.Christiane Theobald is the company manager and assistant artistic director of the Berlin State Ballet.
