The new edition is based on the autograph and contemporary voice material as authentic sources.

Choral score, piano reduction and libretto are usable for both versions. Sigismund Ritter von Neukomm completed Mozart's Reuqiem in 1821 with the liturgically necessary 'Libera me, Domine'.
